tanya has been in the health & wellness industry for close to 20 years, growing up as a real tomboy refusing to go to ballet classes, it was thru the gym that she explored with old school aerobics (think back in the 80’s step classes) that she came to realize her love of music & movement. since then she has collected many certifications as a yoga instructor, restorative/therapeutic, pre & post natal, personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, tensegrity touch therapy, reiki level 1.

in her classes you will be able to move mindfully and with ease while dancing to your breath and some great music surrounded with warmth and compassion that comes from truly living and loving what the heart really desires.
